Strong Foundations Agreement and Policies

This agreement is between you (the "Client") and Furever Strong K9 Rehabilitation LLC ("FSK9," "we," or "us") for enrollment in the Strong Foundations program. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and the refund policy below.

1. The program

Strong Foundations is an 8-week, self-paced, prerecorded online program delivered through Kajabi. Your enrollment includes:

Video lessons for all four modules (Move, Balance, Build, and Thrive) with guided weekly progressions
Simple massage videos
Printable weekly reflection and tracking sheets
Access to the private Strong Foundations community, including Q&A support from Dr. Kat Smith

Access. You will receive login details by email after purchase. Access is for lifetime of the program. Your login is for your personal use only and may not be shared.

Community support. Community responses are educational and general in nature. They are not an individual evaluation of your dog and do not create a therapist–patient or veterinarian–client–patient relationship.

Price. The program fee is $397, or as listed at checkout, payable in full at purchase [or through the payment plan selected at checkout]. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments; access may be paused if a payment fails.

Additional Programs:

The 5-Minute Morning Mobility Routine is an educational fitness and wellness product. There is no community included with the mobility routine. It is not medical advice, veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your veterinarian or an in-person canine rehabilitation evaluation.

2. Not medical or veterinary advice

Strong Foundations and the starter programs are educational fitness and wellness program. It is not medical advice, veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your veterinarian or an in-person canine rehabilitation evaluation.

Dr. Kat Smith is a licensed physical therapist and certified canine rehabilitation therapist, not a veterinarian. Nothing in the program, its videos, materials, or community is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in your dog. Always consult your veterinarian about your dog's health, and before making changes to their activity, medication, or care.

3. Your responsibilities and assumption of risk

By enrolling, you agree that:

You will have your veterinarian confirm your dog is healthy enough for gentle exercise before starting, especially if your dog has a known injury, condition, recent surgery, or is on medication.
You will follow the instructions as demonstrated, never force a movement, and stop any exercise if your dog shows signs of pain, distress, or unwillingness to participate.
You will contact your veterinarian promptly if you notice a sudden decline, limping, signs of pain, or any change that concerns you.
You are responsible for your dog's safety and supervision during all exercises, including choosing safe, nonslip surfaces and stable equipment.

Physical activity carries inherent risk of injury to you and your dog. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the program and performing its exercises.

4. General terms

No guaranteed results. Every dog is different. Results depend on your dog's age, health, and condition, and on your consistency with the program. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

Intellectual property. All program content, including videos, sheets, and written materials, is owned by Furever Strong K9 Rehabilitation LLC. It is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell, record, or distribute it.

Community guidelines. Be kind and respectful. Do not share other members' posts or personal information outside the community, or post spam or promotions. We may remove members who violate these guidelines, without a refund.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furever Strong K9 Rehabilitation LLC and Dr. Kat Smith are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to you or your dog arising from participation in the program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the program. You agree to release and hold harmless Furever Strong K9 Rehabilitation LLC from any such claims.

Changes to the program. We may update or improve program content at any time. We may update these terms; the version in effect on your purchase date applies to your enrollment.

Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [State]. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply.

5. Refund policy

Because Strong Foundations is a digital program with immediate access, all sales are final, except under the completion-based refund below.

50% completion refund. If you complete the full program and do not feel it helped your dog, you may request a refund of 50% of the amount paid. To qualify:

Submit your request in writing to DrKat@FSK9.Rehab within 75 days of your enrollment date.
Include proof that you completed and performed every module (Move, Balance, Build, and Thrive):
- Completed weekly reflection and tracking sheets for all 8 weeks, and
- A short video of your dog performing at least one exercise from each module.
Your account must be in good standing, with all payments made in full.

Requests that are incomplete, missing proof, or submitted after 75 days will not be eligible. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [14] business days, and program and community access end once the refund is processed.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused access, failure to complete the program, or removal from the community for violating its guidelines. Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in loss of access.
